Ben Marsh
Director
Ben joined ISM as the School Director in 2019. Prior to that, he worked in Malaysia, Bangladesh, Lesotho and the United States. Ben brings with him 20+ years of experience in private and international school settings. When time permits, Ben enjoys riding his motorcycle and hiking in nature. He has been known to teach juggling in his earlier teaching days.

Lara Manasfi
Elementary School Principal and Director Of Strategic Initiatives
Lara joined ISM in 2019. Prior to that, she worked in Malaysia, Bangladesh, South Korea and Lebanon. Lara brings with her 25+ years of experience in international school settings. Lara comes from a family of 5 siblings, 4 of whom are educators. Lara finds great pleasure in exploring food from different countries, learning new languages and taking long strolls along the beach.

Mark Weber
Middle School Principal
Mark joins ISM in 2021 as Middle School Principal. Prior to that, he has worked in Thailand, Singapore and Australia. Mark brings with him 35+ years of experience in international and Australian school settings. When time permits, Mark enjoys a good cup of coffee, playing golf, attending the theatre and exploring new cultures.

Dr. Jeff Hill
High School Principal
Jeff joined ISM in 2000 as a MS/HS teacher and moved into leadership in 2010 and as the High School Principal in 2018. Prior to that, he worked in Great Britain and Thailand. Jeff brings with him 25+ years of experience in public, private and international school settings. Before joining the field of education, Jeff worked for the merchant bank, Barings, in the city of London, for five years as an equity trader.

Karin Tellis
Director of Academics
Karin joins ISM in 2023 as Director of Academic Programs. Prior to that she has worked in the USA, Nigeria, South Korea, Romania, Netherlands, Germany, India, United Arab Emirates, China and Vietnam. Karin brings with her 30+ years of public, private and international school experience. She is also an Educational Consultant who works with educators all over the world. Karin loves to cook, listen to podcasts and cuddle her two rescue cats.

Khine Pyone Wai
Human Resource Manager and Board Representative
Khine joined ISM as the Human Resource Manager and Board Representative in July 2014. Khine is an ISM alumni from the Class of 2007. Khine has seen most of the history of ISM and has experienced the school as a student and now as an administrator. Khine enjoys traveling and trying out different foods from the places she visits.
