ISM’s guiding principles provide direction to where we are heading as a school community. It serves as our guide to handle challenging situations and it keeps us humbly grounded in every success that we achieve. The guiding principles consist of our vision and mission, the expected schoolwide learning results, the principles of learning and of assessment and the philosophy statements of each division. Further along, the strategic plan is step by step approach to embody these principles in our day to day practice of teaching and learning.
